30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. After the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
